Tastes are sometimes the opposite from each other.


It's better to accept these differences. Than to criticize or neglect these defects.

We love it Moja Style

This was one of the most killer photo shoots I have done in my entire life time. It was probably the longest shoot I've ever done...and the most looks I've ever had! I went from platinum blond- to dark black and not to forget the fashion sock I rocked on my head for quite some time. BUT only one person can be blamed for making me look like a Lindsay Lohan sex slave ;) !!!! jk

But again- there is only one person responsible for giving me this complete make over and blowing my mind every time I looked into the mirror. Wait, I am wearing six eye lashes?

He is the god of all stylists. And brought suitcases of props. Oh man- yeah- suitcases of all those things you don't dare to buy. And all locally bought in Japan! Live imported, can you believe that? A man who knows how to dress up girls- I thought- once I was wearing a latex tie- around bikini swim suit with long white hair...


MIL U RANON is god. And god has a a good friend and partner in crime. This friend is called Divine. And divine stands for MOJA MAAT!!! The ULTRA KOOL CAT! very ultra!
And one of a kind amazing photographer. I mean he has the eye (and not only the third eye) to capture what it takes to look fantastic!


But not only is MOJA way too talented for this world....he also is an amazing "pretending to be female" singer and more so a booty- shaking dancer that loves the new album of Rihanna. It was also the first time I heard this album in my life--- I could not trust my ears once I was hearing REAL dubstep in the background of these tracks and really thought I was caught up in "THE FUTURE". Speaking of god and divinity....there must be a happy ending? Somewhere? Right?


And the happy ending of this story is Jenne---who made this all happen in the first place. She was actually the beginning so to say instead of the happy ending...so maybe we should call her the Big Bang? The happy Big Bang! Because with out her...none of this magic would have taken place.
And with out her...I would have been naked! And hungry (despite all the yummy and healthy snacks she brought). Yay to hummus!

BIG UP: Fashion

I am very proud to tell everyone that my best friend from Russia is the editor of Big Up Magazine! Big Up Magazine http://www.thebigupmagazine.com is a new coming art and music magazine that is sold through out the USA (in all borders, Barnes and Nobles, and every other super cool boutique you can find) and of course all over Europe! Big Up Magazine is now about 1.5 years old but has been already a huge huge success so far!

AND:

BIG UP is getting even BIGGER!!! As of the next upcoming issue there will 5 full fashion pages added to the content- and this my dear friends is HUGE!!! Because BIG UP Magazine always does it the real way!

Needless to say- we did the first photo shoot last week and were allowed to shoot at a high-end stereo store called Music Lovers http://www.musicloversaudio.com/ in San Francisco. It's more looked like an alien house though.


On the team- I've invited the great photographer I worked with the week before. Allison Harrell Amphoto www.amhphoto.com and also the make up & hair artist Amystarr, Liz Thompson and Krysti Lozinski. And kool kid store D-structure http://www.d-structuresf.com/ provided the clothes.

Behind the scene of a Robot's Heart

What are you longing for on a Saturday morning @ 9 am in the classrooms of the SF Art Institute?


Well of course nothing else than a good, old salami sandwich...

1) On this very day- I was a "hotbot" robot with Swarovski crystals on my eyeballs in love with my soul mate made from of aluminum foil. It was love at first sight w. Melvin (home-boy next to the toast master)

The most amazing, amazing make up was done by Lizzie Thompson! And certainly one of the best on set entertainenments too.

Baby Melvin and the Toast-Master were in deep"metal-ity"....

And towards the end of this day- things got trashed. Well- or lets say- I got trash-bagged.

This was one of the most fun photo shoots I've done with an extremely impressive team.

I had a lot of fun and there was way more press than I expected! I've worked the camera and made many great new connections but it was also nice to see a lot of familiar faces from the Burning Man scene. Alexandria von Bromssen- the creator of this event and main fashion designer of the night really loved working with me and called me the "Ueber Anna". It was charming and ego-pampering to be treated like a super model! But the very most that mattered was that I was very appreciated and honored. And that is what keeps me going. The good times!
